Meadham Kirchoff S/S 12

This has got to be my favourite collection from the whole of fashion week! I love everything about it-the frothy candyfloss hair with ice-cream coloured dollops of paint, the teddy bear aprons, ostrich feather tutus, knee high socks in every colour of the rainbow, cutesy heart prints with smiley faces in the middle, sorbet furs and pastel chiffon-it is the perfect dolly daydream fantasy world and I want in on it!

Get your Sparkle On

I bought this gorgeously girly polish from Barry M the other day. I love a clean cut beige/nude nail, but was in the mood to jazz mine up a bit! The sparkles look like little diamonds! Some may say tacky...but I think done in the right way it looks soo pretty!

Topshop Limited Edition Dresses

Topshop have just launched their Limited Edition dresses range, and it is absolutely beautiful...my ultimate favourites are the spotty mesh/mirror dress and the peach beaded maxi!
Scallop embellished drop waist dress, £165

Embroidered lace shift dress, £165

Spot mesh mirror dress, £150
Wear this with cute little ankle socks and chunky heeled sandals for an ultra girly but on trend look

Embellished bodice dress, £185

Scattered bead maxi dress, £150
Wear this dress with minimal jewellery, delicate strappy stilettos and a contrasting clutch in a bold colour for an unexpected edge but still in keeping with the elegance.

Mathew Williamson S/S 12

Mathew Williamson has got to be one of my favourite designers of all time, never failing to capture such beauty and subtle decadence within his work, always creating exuberant and sexy, flirty pieces. This collection was loosely based on Japanese influences, identifiable with obi belts and soft draping. This colourful collection saw luxurious bursts of chiffon, ostrich feathers, heavy beading and intricate embroidery. Here is a pick of my faves.
Love these silk burnt orange trousers, especially with a relaxed rope belt holding them in place

Love the subtle oriental take on the classic shift dress

Ostrich feathers never fail to make things look so unbelievably opulent!

Absolutely stunning!

Holly Fulton S/S 12

Ah I love Holly Fulton! Ever since seeing her collection from A/W at Fashion Week in February, I have been excitedly anticipating her S/S 12 collection from then on! Renowned for her unique use of geometric landscape and building prints, she doesn't disappoint with the new collection, still showing her trademark designs but evolving and maturing with new concepts such as a recurring zebra print and colour palettes! This collection screams luxury and St Tropez...Love love love!
Resuming the cute fringed hems

Love the contrast of the pretty pastel shift dress with a bold zebra print clutch!

Loving the banana yellow-this is definitely set to be a hot colour for S/S 12...

Velvet Slippers

Forget ruby slippers...it's all about blue marine velvet beauties!

House of Holland S/S 12

I loved the new House of Holland collection at LFW this season! Gorgeous use of pastel colours mixed with an unexpected and quirky dash of sexy snakeskin, sheer fabrics, mis-matched patchwork styles, leather, mesh and the iconic HOH tartan print. These are my ultimate favourites from the collection-I can just picture a cute summer picnic looking uber stylish in some of these pieces!! Ooh hurry up summer 2012 already!!
Love the contrast of these net socks with the pretty pastels

Loving the geek chic braces here
Super attention to detail with matching snakeskin shoes, collar and cuffs!

Really like this look and how it's so unexpected; the floaty chiffon pastel blouse with biker leather shorts just works!

The snakeskin trousers. Wow.

Teacher Chic?

I appear to have unintentionally dressed rather like a primary school teacher today. But I like it. Forget Geek Chic...I call this Teacher Chic. The art of obtaining the chic part is to slip on some funky heels and for a slightly sexy but subtle extra...forget that cami under the see through blouse-simple as that! Otherwise the look would just be Teacher and that's no fun!

I've been Gok'd!

I have been so excited all week waiting for the amazing, talented and ultra loveable Gok Wan to visit West Quay shopping centre in Southampton, to film his new series of the Clothes Roadshow! I am a big fan of the show, and always find it so inspiring to see how he customises and styles bargainous high street finds to look a million dollars. The filming was two hours late starting, but it was definitely worth the wait, and I had a pretty good view considering my height!
The diva himself!
The three local ladies after their makeovers
LOVE the silk abstract print maxi skirt on the left and the slinky red jumpsuit on the right! So glam.
I really loved these second outfits-as always Gok is 'bang on trend' with ombre trousers, animal print, pleated skirts and a nice dollop of mustard!
The first outfit of the catwalk-loving the 40's elegant vibe, especially the vintage style brooch, Topshop tweed jacket and rich emerald skirt.
Such a cute and trendy outfit, love the bowler hat and monochrome cigarette trousers.
Working the monochrome
Strike a pose!
Lovely tangerine and clementine hues here
Altogether now...
