I thought it was about time I put together a little crimbo wishlist (albeit some wishes may be a little far fetched...) Firstly I have been lusting after some Hunter wellies for some time now and although I am fond of the classic plain black, I think I would much prefer a bit more of a statement design and fell in love with the 'Carnaby Snake' pair, as they are still a neutral colour so will adapt to most outfits, but just have a little extra interest.
Secondly is the Tim Walker: Storyteller book, which has been on my wishlist ever since I attended the brilliant and mesmerising exhibition at Somerset House. Now number three is my rather extravagant wish...but I have been dreaming of owning Mulberry bag for as long as I can remember; I would love the rich burgundy colour as I feel this would still coordinate well with my outfits without opting for the obvious choice of black or tan.
Next up is a personalised Tatty Devine necklace that you can create online - I don't think I have ever owned a piece of jewellery with my name on, and I enjoy the quirky, novelty feel of this one rather than a classic piece; plus, you can add a little icon with it - how perfect is this little bird, it looks like a magpie!
I saw these glamorous furry slippers whilst shopping the other week in River Island and instantly knew they were going to be added to my list; I love adding touches of glamour to my nightwear such as jewels and bows!
I have had my beloved mini filofax for a couple of years now and while it is a treasured staple in my handbag, I feel it is time to upgrade to a bigger version, possibly leather exterior, as the material of my one has got a little damaged over the years of knocking about in my bag, and I just love this vibrant turquoise colour- perfect for the coming Spring!
Next up, a new lipstick is required and what better brand to chose for a Christmas present than Chanel... I also fell head over heels in love with Balenciaga's latest fragrance edition, Florabotanica, which is replacing my usual D&G The One Christmas request.
I think this little lace mix dress from Topshop is so adorable; I have a thing for collared dresses at the minute and think it's a really classy design but could be really versatile in how it could be styled. Next up on the list is my annual longing for a Vogue calendar - such a silly little thing but I just love the vintage illustrations and it makes my 'to do' list so much more exciting. Another silly thing for number eleven, but anyone who follows me on Instagram will know that I am a great lover of tea and anything to do with it- I do love a new mug or teacup come Christmas time and I think this patterned little teacup from Topshop is so cute and quirky and must be added to my collection at once!
Last but most definitely not least is another biggie to ask for, the beautiful blue ballerina earrings from none other than one of my favourite Parisian jewellery brands, Les Nereides. As most of you will know, I have a penchant for all things kooky and quirky when it comes to jewellery and accessories, and Les Nereides epitomises just that with their unique style. These little beauties would make a lovely addition to my Bambi earrings I bought when in Paris earlier this year...
