This LFW I decided to keep my outfits fairly minimal compared to what I usually go for, and opted for slightly more comfortable items. I adore the whole trend of belting a long scarf over a coat, a la Burberry AW14, which is what heavily inspired the styling of this outfit. I was very kindly gifted this beautiful sleeveless trench from Missguided, which I thought would be perfect teamed with Autumnal hues and cinched in at the waist. I lost track of how many compliments I received on it, with everyone stating how high-end it looked and being suitably shocked when I told them where it was from. The same went for this high neck crepe top and rust coloured culottes (I have a huge crush on culottes right now!)- both from ASOS, but really have a luxe feel to them. I came across this floral, Liberty esque printed scarf by F&F by complete chance whilst doing the food shop, and I just love how it completely matches the colours of the top and culottes! I finished off the look with some Primark mustard T-bar heels that had been hiding in my closet forever, some sunnies, and my trusty Le Pliage bag to add a teeny colour pop. Two major online retailers really did me proud here, I was pretty comfy all day and, (in my humble opinion!) the look didn't scream highstreet amongst the designer clad fash-pack!

I must also mention the lovely Annie from EphiphannieA, who very kindly took these photos for me on the cobbled pavements of Somerset House, a big thank you for that!
