Lust List: September

So it occurred to me that I haven't produced any wish lists or moodboards or collages, or anything creative for quite some time now, which makes me sad! I love being creative and really miss producing these type of posts as I really enjoy it, as well as it giving a more varied aesthetic to the blog. Anyone who is a creative type or in fact a Blogger, will know just how time consuming it is to produce some kind of moodboard, and what with working now as well as being a Mummy, keeping on top of the housework AND still trying to keep in touch with friends and family regularly...there really are not enough hours in the day! That is why for the past few months my whole feed has just been outfit posts; don't get me wrong I absolutely love doing them, but they are (slightly) quicker to produce and I feel I'm finally pleased with the style in which I post the images, so it is much easier than compiling more creative work. SO...I decided to create a quick 'lust list', as there are just so many things I'm coveting right now and I want to share them with my readers! I'm going to really try hard to post more creative things from now on - let me know if that's something you like seeing on blogs? :)

So just quickly I'll go through the list. Firstly I'm in need of this Sony QX10 Lens Style Camera for taking pictures with my Iphone - such a genius invention!
Next up, I'm obsessed with Longchamp Le Pliage bags, I have a beautiful yellow one (which is heavily featured in my outfit posts!), and find it so accommodating while looking uber stylish. They are just the perfect size, waterproof, an amazing price for a designer item, and come in an array of pretty colours; what's not to love!? Currently coveting this sky blue hue, which I believe is from the previous season and no longer available on the website...but I must have it!
This Christian Lacroix 'Mexico City' notebook available at Topshop is just darling. The designer's couture creations may be long gone, but he sure as hell can make amazing stationary!
This Skinnydip pouch is just perfection, and of course, being yellow, I want. Also available from Toppers.
A little bit of glitz just verging on the, dare I say it, tacky side, is good for the soul. These 'Party on' heels by ASOS are spot on to deliver just that.
The new fragrance from Marc Jacobs, 'Daisy Dream'- what's not to love? The name, bottle design and scent are all perfect.
This wool blend double breasted coat from the M&S Collection range will make a refreshing colour choice this A/W, which also comes in 6 other vibrant hues.
You can't go wrong with a nude nail in my opinion, I love this new one from Topshop in 'En Pointe' (I think I might just love the name..)
Next up, culottes. Now, in previous seasons I've considered these unusual fashion favourites as frumpy and unflattering, but this season something in me seems to have changed. I love them! I think they look chic and effortlessly cool. I especially love this textured pair from Topshop's petite range. I'm actually on the look out for a cute pair to wear this LFW!
These fluffy open toe slippers from River Island are simply amazing! I'm such a cute slipper fan! River Island may be my favourite shopping destination at the moment...guess where this necklace is from? Yep..you guessed it! Always a sucker for a statement necklace, whether they're on trend or not, I think it's always a good look. Love this pale blue colour contrasted with the silver. It would sit very nicely within my collection...
Oh and this kimono is also from RI...it's just beautiful; devore velvet, beading, fringing...just lovely.
Next, Christian Louboutin recently launched his 'Beaute' line, currently exclusive to Selfridges, and I'm in love with the design as well as this colour nail varnish in Batignolles.
Another thing I'm obsessed with is duster coats. I have long been a fan of them before they became a must have within the fashion industry, and now they are just everywhere. Adore this yellow crepe style from New Look.
The Soleil Tan de Chanel illuminating fluid has been on my wish list for what seems like a lifetime; I must make sure I put it on my Crimbo list this year!
Finally, Autumn has arrived and as much as I am a self confessed sun bunny and love being able to swan around in floaty dresses, it always gets to a point where I welcome the change in dressing and get excited seeing the new clothes roll in for AW. This mohair turtle neck cropped jumper from River Island (again) is the perfect piece to gently transition from Summer to Autumn with it's pretty pastel hue and lightweight material.

What's on your 'lust list' this month; are you excited about Autumn's arrival? As always, I'd love to hear your thoughts! Leave me a comment or you can tweet me @MaddieMagpie or find me on Facebook.
Have a great day :)
