Camel Coats & Roll Necks

The other week I met my Mum and Brother in lovely little Winchester for the day and as we were strolling along, we spotted this cute little alleyway leading to an antique bookshop; immediately my Mum and I thought this the perfect spot for a quick outfit picture due to the rustic, vintage vibe. Camel is one of the hottest shades for this season, especially for coats and I for one love this colour. I ordered this camel coat from Missguided and was a little worried as to how it would fit my 5"3 frame, due to the long-line style, but I was pretty pleased it didn't drown me too much as I would have been so sad to send it back! I love tonal dressing at the moment as well, so decided to team the coat with this tan roll neck jumper I picked up in a charity shop last month. If you're a regular reader you'll know how much I'm loving roll necks this Autumn as well - they're the best of both worlds enabling you to keep cosy but still look chic and on trend. Unfortunately I don't own any camel cigarette trousers (yet!) which in my head was what I would have paired this ensemble with, so opted for these floral ones gifted to me by Missguided in the Summer. I thought the Autumnal tones in the trousers worked really well with the camel, and even though I'm loving dressing in one shade right now, I felt it was a welcome splash of colour!
